In short: the FCC is considering allowing companies to deploy "ringless voicemails". These would be robocalls sent straight to your voicemail without causing your phone to ring. So you'll see a bunch of voicemails from political candidates or private businesses.

So, it turns out there's no Oscar award for a movie score unless the music is all original -- which is a shame because Guardians of the Galaxy 2 is one of the best scored films I've ever seen in my life.

I mean, the film as a whole is a delightful sci-fi, comic book romp, but that music just carries it to new heights. Well worth seeing and hearing.
