I finished up Sea of Rust by C. Robert Cargill and it's very good. Sort of a Western/Noir novel set after the robot uprising where the robots won it all.

As a straight work of fiction it's very engaging (I really tore through it), but it also gets to address philosophical questions from a robotic (vs. biological) bent. Lots of fun stuff here.
