Hey Paulo Adams  and Jere Genest  (among others).  I think you might really enjoy The Fifth House of the Heart by Ben Tripp.  It's about an antiques dealer who gets his best stock by tracking down vampires, killing them, and taking their horde of ancient treasures.

The vampires aren't movie-vampires and are well done and the story as a whole is pretty good.

So I randomly discovered the existence of this today -- A 740 mile-long river trail running from New York to Maine.

I would definitely like to try this sometime.  Hillary Thompson is this something you've done/are interested in?  I'm sure they won't look down on your for kayaking.  :)

So the Rosebud in Davis Sq.

So the Rosebud in Davis Sq. has Milkshake Mondays.  Each Monday they have a different alcoholic milkshake for $8 and you can get a milkshake, burger, and fries for $18.

I had a blackberry mojito milkshake.  It was amazing.  The burger was pretty great too.  Highly recommended.
