I see a panda at the National Zoo in DC gave birth to twin cubs. I just realized that this is a conservative's worst nightmare -- Chinese pandas having "anchor cubs" to stay in this country.
Interesting fact: giant pandas are property of the chinese government who rents them out to zoos all around the world. Cubs have to be returned to the chinese after they reach age 4. They charge about $1m/year for a pair of pandas.
